Deal covers upcoming albums from hip-hop hitmakers.

Koch Records has entered a marketing deal with D-Block Records. D-Block, home to Sheek Louch, Jadakiss, Styles P and J-Hood, will release several full-length albums and mix-tapes under the Koch fold. The first release will be a new studio album from Louch in September.

D-Block was created by Louch, Styles P and Jadakiss, who were members of the Lox, the Yonkers-based group that recorded for “P. Diddy” Combs’ Bad Boy label.

Originally hired by Combs as writers, the trio wrote and performed on many hip-hop hits including P. Diddy's “I Got The Power,” and “It’s All About the Benjamins,” Mase’s “24 Hrs. to Live,” the Notorious B.I.G.’s “Last Day,” Mary J. Blige’s “Can’t Get You Off My Mind.”

The Lox released its debut album, "Money, Power & Respect" in 1998. The album reached No. 3 on the Billboard Top 200.

To date the Lox has sold 1.7 million albums.
