Veteran Italian industry executive Graziano Ostuni has joined BMG Ricordi Music Publishing Italy as deputy GM. Based in Milan, Ostuni will oversee the publishing firm's pop music and marketing and licensing divisions.

Ostuni reports to BMG Ricordi Music Publishing Italy managing director Tino Cennamo. Reporting to Ostuni are creative director Angelo Franchi, international and promotion director Gabriella Staurenghi and Federica Pierattelli, who is responsible for the company's marketing and licensing activities.

Until recently, Ostuni headed his own multi-facted music firm, which he launched in 2004. From 1998-2003, Ostuni held several executive roles at Universal Music, including the post as managing director of the Italian and international pop divisions. He has also had stints with Sony Music Italy and EMI Records Italy.

BMG Ricordi Music Publishing is the Italian division of BMG Music Publishing Worldwide.
