COLOGNE, Germany (The Hollywood Reporter) -- The board of leading German independent producer/distributor Constantin Film on June 24 approved a deal to buy the remaining 41% stake in Constantin's television production joint venture Constantin Entertainment from Constantin CEO Fred Kogel and Constantin Entertainment directors Ulrich Brock and Otto Steiner.

Kogel had held 30% of the company while Brock and Steiner jointly controlled 9%. Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.

As part of the deal, Brock, Steiner and fellow Constantin Entertainment executive Onno Mueller re-upped their respective contracts with Constantin. Kogel also extended his contract, agreeing to stay on as head of Constantin until at least 2007.
