Grammy winner to appear in TV spots.

Two-time Grammy winner Pharrell Williams has partnered with TNT for a special 2006 NBA All-Star Game promotion. Williams appears in promo spots for the game, which airs on the network in February.

The 2:45 spot begins airing in Regal Cinemas in January. A 30-second version premiers Dec. 25 on ABC during the NBA match-up. The spots feature footage of Williams in the recording studio interspersed with basketball court action. The focus is on capturing the essence of the NBA players through music.

Williams and his upcoming Startrak/Interscope album, "In My Mind" are ID'd in the spots.
