New signings led by rock label Sidecho.

Port Washington, N.Y.-based Koch Entertainment Distribution has added four labels to its exclusive North American roster. The new signings are led by Garden Grove, Calif.-based rock label Sidecho Records.

Sidecho has released albums from such artists as Tokyo Rose, the Pale Pacific and Sherwood, among others, and will release a new album from Stars of Track & Field this year. Sidecho releases were previously handled by RED Distribution, Sidecho also acts as a small label group. Independent labels Cheap Lullaby, Uprising, Anodyne and End Sounds have all released albums through Sidecho.

Another rock label joining Koch is the newly-formed Sailor’s Grave Records, which has albums from veteran punk acts U.S. Bombs and Ducky Boys on the way.

Rounding out the new crop of label signings is Journey Music Group and Paid in Full. Journey was started by gospel arranger/musician Darius Brooks, and Paid in Full began as a concert promotion company and grew into an urban label. Upcoming albums include those from MC Eiht, Haystak, Gemini and Fade Dogg, among others.
