Acts including Etta James have also been added.
The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, taking place April 28-30 and May 5-7 at the New Orleans Fair Grounds, will feature the first ever performance from Bruce Springsteen and the Seeger Sessions Band.
The group, which is putting out its first album next month, will take the Jazz Fest stage April 30 and will perform a set heavily influenced by the legendary Pete Seeger.
A number of other musicians, including Etta James, Herbie Hancock, Dave Bartholomew, Warren Haynes, Bonerama, Red Stick Ramblers and Spencer Bohren, have also been added to the event.

Jazz Fest is presented by Shell, and has recently garnered new sponsorship support from the W New Orleans Hotel and The W French Quarter Hotel. Other sponsors include American Express, Acura, Miller Lite, Southern Comfort and The Home Depot.
