Execs depart on the heels of Hansen.

Senior MTV Networks International music executives Harriett Brand and Hans Hagman are to exit the broadcaster, Billboard.biz has learned.

The news follows the surprise resignation last month of MTVNI's president of creative and editor-in-chief Brent Hansen.

Brand is to leave after 13 years with the firm to pursue a new career, details of which will be unveiled at a later date. As senior VP of music at MTVNI, Brand was responsible for all aspects of the network's international music activities, and was tasked with talent and artist relations. She reported directly to Hansen.

As London-based VP, music programming, Hagman reported to Brand. Prior to his promotion in that role in early 2002, he was head of production and programming for MTV's European feed and VH1 European.

As previously reported, MTVNI has taken steps to streamline its corporate headcount in New York and London. Sources say approximately 150 executive positions in total may be affected, with the majority of those cuts in London.

MTV could not be reached for comment at deadline.
