MTV Networks will unveil its "new offering" for Latino youth at a press conference April 3. Among the expected announcements are new image, new distribution and new content.

The announcement will be made by MTV president Christina Norman. Up to now, MTV's U.S. Hispanic offering has been the MTV Espanol and VHUno networks, which are distributed on cable.
