EMI has signed Voltio to an exclusive, worldwide co-publishing deal, and entered into an administration and co-publishing agreement with DJ Nelson and his companies, DJ Nelson Music Publishing and Nelflow Music Publishing.

DJ Nelson is a multi-faceted entrepreneur and the high-profile founder of Flow Music. DJ Nelson has done albums for the likes of Baby Rasta and Gringo and Ivy Queen, and is also an impresario who set up popular Puerto Rican radio station The Mix, 107.7 FM.
