Catalog includes songs from 1960s through 1990s.

BMG Music Publishing has acquired Complete Music from Iain McNay and Martin Costello in the United Kingdom.

Complete was formed in 1984 by combining Cherry Red Music and Bayswater Music. The catalog includes songs from the 1960s through the 1990s from such writers and artists as the Stranglers, Buzzcocks, Everything But The Girl, The The, Sir Malcolm Arnold and Primal Scream.

McNay will continue to own Cherry Red Records, which is unaffected by the deal. Costello will act as a consultant to BMG. His role will include the responsibility of overseeing the Complete catalog.
