Bryan Leach has been appointed senior VP of urban for the RCA Music Group & president of Polo Grounds Music. Leach, who joins the company immediately, will report directly to BMG U.S. chairman, Clive Davis (seen in photo on left) and BMG U.S. president/COO Charles Goldstuck (seen in photo on right).

Leach will sign and develop artists on his own imprint, Polo Grounds Music, and will be involved in the development of select urban artists at J/Arista Records. Polo Grounds Music will be a fully staffed label and will be based in New York. Leach will be based at both the Polo Grounds Music offices as well as at RCA Music Group’s New York headquarters.

Leach was formerly VP of A&R at TVT Records, a position he held for the past decade. While at TVT, Leach discovered and developed artists including Lil Jon & The East Side Boyz, the Ying Yang Twins and Pitbull.
