U.K.-based Eagle Vision will release on Oct. 16 the first-ever dedicated music-DVD from veteran singer-songwriter Van Morrison.

The two-disc "Van Morrison - Live At Montreux 1974/1980" DVD features the artist’s performances at the now 40-year-old annual Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland.

The DVD was produced by Exile Productions, Morrison's own production company, which has licensed the distribution rights to Eagle Vision in an exclusive worldwide deal.

It features live versions of classics such as "I Like It Like That," "Foggy Mountain Top" and "Heathrow Shuffle," filmed at the 1974 festival. The second disc includes "Tupelo Honey," "Moondance" and "Wavelength," among others, taken from the 1980 concert.

Morrison previously recorded a five-track DVD in June, recorded at his performance at the Ryman Theater in Nashville, Tennessee, earlier this year. However, that was a promotional release to accompany his latest CD album "Pay The Devil" (Lost Highway).
