Just weeks after buying the online karaoke competition site SingShot, videogame publisher Electronic Arts has launched its first contest on the site, featuring Lily Allen.

The EMI artist recorded a new version of the hit single "Smile" in Simlish -- the language used in the popular "Sims" videogame franchise.

The contest asks fans to record their version of the song, also in Simlish, and post to the site where others can listen to and rate it.

Allen herself will select the finalists, with the grand prize winner getting a chance to record another song in Simlish that potentially could be added in a future Sims game, as well as a cash prize.
