EMI Music U.K. has made its catalog available through the ISP and bundled subscription service Playlouder.

The deal, unveiled today, will allow Playlouder MSP subscribers to access and share DRM protected music as part of their monthly subscription fee, of which EMI Music U.K. will receive a share.

The music available includes material from EMI Music's back catalog as well as new releases from artists including Lily Allen, The Good, The Bad & The Queen, Kylie Minogue and KT Tunstall.

Playlouder MSP has employed DRM technology to ensure EMI's artists are compensated for the use of their works in the service.

The EMI license follows agreements with Sony BMG, the Association of Independent Music (AIM), which represents more than 800 UK indies, leading US indies including Nettwerk and Epitaph, and MCPS-PRS, the UK collection society representing the music publishers.
