Verve Records and PBS are honoring legendary female jazz singer Ella Fitzgerald.

Verve is prepping the Ella Fitzgerald tribute album, "We All Love Ella: Celebrating the First Lady of Song," out June 5, as well as a dedicated Web site to accompany the release. The site, "CelebrateElla.com," will offer commentary and behind-the-scenes footage of the album's recording process from artists like Michael Buble, Gladys Knight, Queen Latifah, Natalie Cole and Diana Krall.

Additionally, a tribute concert for Fitzgerald is set to air June 6. "PBS Great Performances" features artists from the tribute album as well as celebrities including Quincy Jones, Rubban Studdard and Wynonna.

A portion of the proceeds from "We All Love Ella" will be donated to the Ella Fitzgerald foundation, which the artist developed and funded to create educational opportunities for children.

Fitzgerald would have turned 90 on April 25.
