Bilingual entertainment channel MTV Tr3s is sponsoring the second U.S. leg of Mexican rock band Maná's "Amar es Combatir" tour. The deal includes promos on air and on MTV's giant screen in Times Square, a dedicated Maná tour page on, and special programming on "MiTRL" and interactive show "TXTO."

Maná will get special positioning in MTV Tr3s' branded section at 900 Wal-Mart stores. The channel will also hold a national sweepstakes to give away tickets for the tour and meet the band.

Maná's second U.S. swing kicks off in Hidalgo, Tex. August 28, and comprises a total of 20 arena and casino dates in Texas, Arizona, California and Florida. The stateside trek wraps up Oct. 12 at Miami's American Airlines Arena.
