Modest Mouse and Thievery Corporation will headline the inaugural Treasure Island Music Festival, set for Sept. 15-16 on a man-made island in the middle of the San Francisco Bay.

The lineup on Sept. 15 will feature primarily electronic and dance-oriented acts, including Thievery Corporation headlining, alongside DJ Shadow and Cut Chemist, Gotan Project, M.I.A., Ghostland, Observatory and Zion I, among others.

The second day will be anchored by Modest Mouse and will feature such indie acts as Spoon, Built to Spill, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, M. Ward and Earlimart. A second stage will feature additional artists, including local bands.

A limited number of two-day passes go on sale June 24 for $110, and single-day tickets cost $58.50. VIP packages will also be available.
