Remember that free streaming music service from LaLa that was going to revolutionize the digital music industry? Well, just a month after it went live, it's now offline, temporarily anyway.

Ars Technica has the scoop on this one. The company claims the interest from users was so overwhelm that their servers couldn't handle it, and that it wants to hold off on offering the full-song streaming experience until it can get other labels on board.

It launched with only Warner Music Group content. Tracks from other labels are limited to 30-second clips.
