The Electronic Frontier Foundation has filed suit against Universal Music Group over the label's request that a YouTube video featuring "Let's Get Crazy" by Prince be removed.

The video depicts an 18-month old child and a sibling dancing and running around a house with a very distorted version of the song playing in the background. It lasts about 30 seconds.

The lawsuit requests a declaratory judgment ruling the video does not infringe on any copyrights. It also asks for unspecified damages and an injunction barring UMG from making any additional copyright claims on the specific video.
