World music artist Manu Chao will begin releasing his solo back catalog digitally for the first time next month, and re-release the material physically with bonus video content early next year.

The Nov. 20 digital releases on Nacional/Because will include Chao's 2001 album "Proxima Estación: Esperanza" and his 2002 live set, "Radio Bemba Sound System." The two albums will get a physical re-issue in late January as CD/DVDs with bonus video clips and concert footage, respectively. Chao's DVD "Babylonia en Guagua" will be re-issued at the same time with bonus films and documentaries.

Chao's 1998 breakout solo album, "Clandestino," is expected to be released digitally and re-issued physically next year.

The former Mano Negra leader’s first studio album in six years, "La Radiolina," debuted at No. 1 last month on Billboard's Top Latin Albums chart. Nearly 30% of its U.S. sales so far have been digital, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
