Media company Entravision Communications will acquire Spanish-language station WNUE-FM (Mega, 98.1 FM) in Orlando from Mega Communications for about $24 million.

Spanish-language Entravision began operating the station, which plays tropical and pop music, Dec. 1. Entravision already owns and operates TV station WVEN-TV Channel 26, a Univision affiliate, in Orlando. It also operates Telefutura affiliate WOTF-TV in the same market.

With the acquisition of WNUE-FM, Orlando becomes the 11th market where the company owns both radio and TV assets.
