Bermuda-based consulting firm Accenture Ltd. said Wednesday it signed a long-term contract with Universal Music Group to provide supply chain management services to the music company's international division.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Under the agreement, Digiplug SAS, which Accenture acquired last year, will collate and store Universal Music Group's audio and video content, artwork and metadata to distribute to the company's mobile and digital business partners.

Universal Music Group is a unit of Paris-based media and telecommunications company Vivendi SA.

Accenture shares slipped 5 cents to $34.02 in afternoon trading.
