Mother's Day lifted Latin album sales 19% this year, but sales the following week slumped back down again, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

Led by the debut of Luis Miguel's "Complices," Latin albums sold 598,000 overall the week ending May 11. Last week, the total figure went back down to 508,000, though it was slightly higher than the total for the week ending May 4 (501,000).

Andrea Bocelli, Tommy Torres and Gilberto Santa Rosa all had their album sales grow by over 50% during Mother's Day week.
