The Kobalt Music Group has signed an exclusive global administration deal for all new works from producer/songwriter Nate "Danja" Hills (Danja), who has been involved in songs such as Maria Carey's "Migrate" and Usher's and Justin Timberlake's "Sexyback.""

Of the signing, Willard Ahdritz, CEO and Founder of Kobalt, said in a statement, "Danja is a star and a respected brilliant producer at the top of his game with a hands-on-role in every step of the recording process."

Danja, who was recently awarded SESAC's songwriter of the year and song of the year, says Kobalt's approach is similar to his in that "they are a future thinking company with innovative ideas."

Danja, a Timbaland protégé, has worked in numerous genres, producing tracks for Sean "Diddy" Combs, 50 Cent, Missy Elliott, T.I., Ciara, Katharine McPhee, Fantasia, Bjork, and Jennifer Lopez.
