Tennessee rockers Kings of Leon made some noise on the U.K. concert scene this morning when the band sold out London's O2 Arena in four minutes flat.

The band, which had already sold out the O2 for a show on Dec. 11, put its June 15 2009 date on sale this morning.

After that sold out in four minutes, it added an additional show for the following day, which also sold out in under an hour.

The band has now added a third show for June 30 to satisfy demand.

In all, a spokesperson said total ticket sales for the O2 shows have now exceeded 50,000, while another 35,000 have been sold for two dates at the Manchester Evening News Arena (June 22-23, 2009).

Kings of Leon's "Only by the Night" (Hand Me Down/Columbia) album has been certified double platinum (600,000 units) in the United Kingdom.
