British tenor Paul Potts and U.K. rock act Razorlight are the latest acts to join the line-up for this year's Echo Awards, to be held at Berlin's O2 World on Feb. 21.

Potts, the 2007 winner of TV talent show "Britain's Got Talent," will release his sophomore album "Passione" (Syco/Sony Music Entertainment) in the U.K. on June 1. However, it is being released earlier - on April 10 - in Germany and Potts will tour the country, one of his biggest territories, in September. The album is released in the U.S. on April 21.

Razorlight will also perform at the awards, one day after the German release of their new album "Slipway Fires" (Mercury/Universal).

Depeche Mode, U2, Katy Perry, Silbermond, Udo Lindenberg and 2009 German Eurovision act Alex Swings Oscar Sings are among the acts already announced for the ceremony.

Berlin-based urban artist Peter Fox leads the field with four nominations. A total of 24 categories will be presented on the night, honoring outstanding achievements by local and international music acts. The 2009 lifetime achievement award will be presented to German rock veterans the Scorpions.

The Echo Awards will be broadcast live on ARD's Das Erste on Feb. 21.
