- Imeem introduced an upgraded version of its mobile application for the Android operating system. The new version includes the new MyMusic feature, which allows users to stream their personal Imeem music library through the mobile phone. It also allows users to share playlists with friends via e-mail, and add personalized "favorite" stations to their account.

- The lawsuit against Aftermath Records, Interscope Records and others over the split of digital royalties due for Eminem's recordings will finally get it's day in court. The trail is set to begin today (Tuesday, Feb. 24) in Los Angeles. The Bass Brothers' FBT Productions and Joel Martin's Em2M filed the suit in 2007.

- Cable provider Comcast is offering subscribers the high-def version of U2's new music video "Get On Your Boots," along with 50 other music videos and concerts via its On Demand service. Another 20 of the band's videos are available for online streaming from the Comcast web portal.

- eMusic users will now be able to post their favorite albums, reviews and other account activity to their Facebook profile through an new integration between the services. eMusic is taking advantage of the Facebook Connect feature to offer these capabilities. eMusic also introduced a Daily Download Widget that delivers a free music download every day.
