Neil Young will headline the closing day of the U.K.'s Glastonbury festival on June 28, as well as the Hard Rock Calling event the day before in London's Hyde Park.

Young has already been announced as a headliner at the Isle Of Wight Festival on June 14 and he was long tipped as the final headliner for Glastonbury, alongside U.K. rock act Blur and Bruce Springsteen.

Young will be joined on the Live Nation-produced Hard Rock Calling bill by folk-rock act Fleet Foxes, blues man Seasick Steve and veteran pop-rock act the Pretenders. Singer-songwriter Ben Harper will perform with his new band Relentless7.

"We're thrilled with the addition of Neil Young to the Hard Rock Calling line-up and are excited that Sunday's [June 28] headlining concert, featuring Bruce Springsteen, sold out immediately," said Sean Dee, VP and chief marketing officer, Hard Rock International, in a statement.
