The 20th annual Billboard Latin Music Conference, presented by State Farm in association with Verizon, kicks off April 20 with back-to-back panels on touring, music and media and Billboard’s first Urban MIXX day, presented in conjunction with Creative Media Group.

The four-day, five-night conference will feature 15 panel sessions with leading Latin acts, including Don Omar (who will be this year’s Q&A guest), Kinto Sol, Alexis & Fido, Fanny Lu, Kany Garcia, A.B. Quintanilla, Arcangel and multiple Billboard finalist Flex.

Top executive speakers include Universal Music Latino president Walter Kolm; Fonovisa/Disa president Gustavo López; Telemundo president Don Browne; LARAS president Gabriel Abaroa; Global Hue VP Carlos Muñoz; Mycontent.com CCO Fabio Jafet; Verizon Wireless director of digital content and programming Ed Ruth; EMI/Televisa Mexico GM Camilo Lara; and producers Kike Santander, Januario Crespo and Nely “El Arma Secreta.”

More than 40 artists will be showcased in throughout the week, during which the Billboard Hall of Fame Award will be given posthumously to SBS founder Pablo Raul Alarcón.

The conference culminates with the Billboard Latin Music Awards April 23,
which will air live on the Telemundo Network, featuring performances by
Paulina Rubio, Don Omar and Enrique Iglesias among other marquee acts.
