Members of the MC5, Devo, Blondie, The Sex Pistols, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers and The Beach Boys are among those participating in the Rock and Roll Experience, which will launch its inaugural five-day fantasy camp Oct. 7 in Honolulu.

The fantasy camp offers songwriting workshops, private lessons, band rehearsals, and jam sessions with the participating artists. Musicians of all experience levels are challenged to write and perform their original songs, with the assistance of a band manager, roadies and technical support.

The crash course is concluded with a final performance at the Pipeline Café opening for an unannounced headlining band.

The package for the Rock and Roll Experience includes luxury hotel accommodations, meals, transportation, concierge service and musical equipment.

"All of the celebrity artists are on site for the duration, eating, drinking, and jamming with our guests. People will get to live their rock and roll dreams, play music with rock legends, and be treated like celebrities themselves," said co-founder Zak Einstein in a statement.
