Hit corrido acts El Compa Chuy, Larry Hernández and Roberto Tapia have joined the stellar lineup of speakers for Billboard's Regional Mexican Music Summit, taking place October 8 and 9 at the Hyatt Regency Century City in Los Angeles.

The three singers will speak at the "Brave New Music" panel, which will discuss the development of the new wave of corridos that's impacted Latin radio and sales charts in the past year.

Other confirmed speakers for the conference include Eddie León, VP of programming for Liberman Media; Pepe Garza, PD for KBUE (Que Buena) in Los Angeles; and José Santos, president of Santos Latin Media; Gustavo López, president DIsa/Fonovisa; John Frias, owner, Frias Entertainment & Marketing Group; Javier Willis, Cuervo Entertainment; and Rubén Galindo, producer for Televisa.

Panel discussions at the Regional Mexican Music Summit will touch on touring, digital, publishing and business matters. Already confirmed for the traditional Star Q&A is Mexican singer Alejandro Fernández, who will speak as he prepares to release two albums simultaneously.
