Artists new and established will be in full force at the fourth edition of the Billboard Regional Mexican Music Summit, taking place Oct. 7-9 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Los Angeles.

Performances by some of Billboard's top-charting names will begin Oct. 7 with BMI's "Noche Mexicana," featuring Larry Hernández (currently No. 4 on Billboard's Top Latin Albums chart), Cesar Brizuela, Oliver Ochoa, Santos Diablito, La Santa Cecilia and Hermanos Herrera.

On October 8, the "Happy Hour" will feature performances by Kacique, Lillian y Cañabrava and Los Halcones de San Luis. That same evening, at the Conga Room, Fonovisa will celebrate its 25th anniversary with performances by some of its hottest acts.

Chart-topping acts will also participate in panels throughout the conference, including the "Brave New Groups" panel, featuring corrido acts El Compa Chuy, Larry Hernandez, La Nueva Rebelion and Roberto Tapia.
