-- Universal Latino will release a line of budget catalog EP's for the fourth quarter called "6 Super Hits." Priced at $5.99, the titles from Paulina Rubio, Gloria Trevi, Akwid and others come out Nov. 17. EMI Mexico is releasing "Exitos de a Toston," a catalog line of EP's that feature five hits for fifty pesos (less than $4 U.S.).

-- Luis Fonsi, Grupo Montez De Durango, Laura Pausini, Espinoza Paz and La Quinta Estación have been added to the list of performers at the 10th annual Latin Grammys Nov. 5. Juan Luis Guerra, Alexander Acha, Beto Cuevas, Cucu Diamantes and Gian Marco will present awards on the live Univision telecast, hosted by actor/comedian Eugenio Derbez and actress/singer Lucero. Previously-announced performers include Rubén Blades, Calle 13, David Bisbal, Shaila Dúrcal, Luz Ríos and Alejandro Sanz.

-- Atlanta's Clear Channel Latin pop station Viva 105.7 has flipped to The Groove, an English-language rhythmic adult contemporary format. Hosts from Viva have reportedly migrated to Clear Channel's regional Mexican station in the market, El Patron 105.3.

-- In response to audience demand, urban bachata group Aventura has added a third Madison Square Garden show to their tour. The group, which kicks off its arena tour Nov. 20 in Chicago's Allstate Arena, sold out a first Garden show in just three hours and almost immediately added a second night. Now, a third show has been opened for Feb. 1. Tickets for that show will go on sale Oct. 30. Aventura just completed its 15th week at No. 1 on the Billboard Top Latin Albums chart.
