Pearl Jam is to headline the opening day of Hard Rock Calling 2010 in London on June 25.

Hard Rock International and Live Nation announced today (Dec. 7) that the Seattle rock act will be headlining the first day of the three-day rock festival at Hyde Park, London. Support acts and headline artists for the other two days will be announced at a later date.

This year's Hard Rock Calling featured headliners Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, Neil Young and the Killers, supported by acts such as Dave Mathews Band, the Pretenders and the Gaslight Anthem.

"We are very excited to bring the festival back for its fifth year," said Toby Leighton-Pope, VP of Promotions at Live Nation, in a statement. "Pearl Jam is a great addition to the phenomenal acts we've had play at Hard Rock Calling."
