- Univision and Gracenote have teamed up on a searchable lyrics database on Univision.com. The site is accessible from Univision.com's music page and provides both English- and Spanish-language lyrics from the four major publishers as well as independents. Gracenote bills the product as the first authorized Spanish-language lyrics service.

- Thalia has signed a new syndication agreement with Citadel Media en Español for her "Conexion Thalia" show, which has added new stations this month: San Antonio's KRIO, Washington, D.C.'s WPWC and Atlanta's WAOS, WLBA and WXEM.

In announcing the new syndication agreement, Carlos San Jose, VP of sales for Citadel Media en Espanol, said the singer "has the ability to seamlessly integrate the brand messaging of products and services within her show... The addition of these new markets strengthens our reach for the brands already affiliated with the program and will attract new advertisers as well."

Thalia is among the first announced performers for the 2010 Billboard Latin Music Awards presented by State Farm, live from Puerto Rico on Telemundo April 29. - Telemundo has promoted Christian Riehl and Alonso Galvez to vice presidents of production. Based in Miami, the two report to Derek Bond, senior executive VP of studios, production and broadcast operations. Riehl heads up production of the Billboard Latin Music Awards in addition to overseeing morning show "Levantate," among other programs. Galvez' duties center on dating show "12 Corazones" and weekend entertainment shows "Nitido" and "Descontrol."
