The issue of Facebook’s privacy settings isn’t going away, and now content partners like Pandora are facing questions about their use of the controversial data. Pandora founder Tim Westergren outlines his thoughts on the matter in this WSJ interview, and also addresses the new AT&T data plan, mobile and more.

Colbert challenges the Pandora name, asking him if it means releasing all the evil in the world through your speakers “by which I mean Good Charlotte.”

Colbert also took him to task for not including his own music on Pandora. “How many Grammys do I have to win to get on your stupid site.” And about turning a profit after 10 years—“Talk to Twitter, tell them how to do it.”
