What was the last music-related app you downloaded?
What’s the best mobile music implementation you’ve seen recently?
All pretty good: Vevo, Nutsie, Last.fm.
How would you sum up the way the music industry is taking advantage of today’s mobile opportunities?
Basically, what I’d say is that the so-called music industry is probably thinking too much about what mobile products it can sell consumers and not thinking enough about what consumers want.
What would you say is the most significant advancement in the mobile music space in the last year?
Wide adoption of Pandora and similar DMCA-compliant streaming music services.
Do you Twitter? If so, what’s your handle and how often to you post? And if not, why?
I Twitter but I’m not a frequent poster. It’s more interesting to read what other people have to say.
What’s the last album you bought?
The National’s “Alligator” and Arcade Fire’s “The Suburbs.”
iPhone or Android?
iPhone, iPad, Blackberry.
