It may be Tinie Tempah's time on the U.K. charts, but the announcement of a new batch of live shows by Usher confirms that British fans's enthusiasm for all things urban isn't confined to home-grown talent.

The U.S. vocalist has added four new arena shows to the U.K. leg of his "OMG" tour, promoted by AEG Live, after selling 100,000 tickets for an initial six shows within 24 hours of being announced on Sept. 24. The dates will be the first Usher live shows in Britain in six years.

The new shows include a third night at London's O2 Arena (Feb. 17 2011) plus second nights at Manchester's MEN arena (Feb. 20) and Liverpool's Echo Arena (Feb. 24). AEG has also scheduled a date at Sheffield's Motorpoint Arena. From the initial shows, Usher's first night at the O2 Arena (Feb. 2) and his show at Birmingham's NIA (Jan. 27) have already sold out.

Tickets for the four new dates went on sale at 9am today through a 24-hour hotline and the AEG Live web site www.aeglive.co.uk.

Usher kicks off the first leg of the OMG tour Nov. 10 in Seattle, WA. In the United Kingdom, Usher's "OMG" (featuring will.i.am) topped the Offical Charts Co's singles listing in April; his current album "Raymond V Raymond" (Laface) peaked at No. 2 in May.
