Alicia Keys is teaming with Red Light Management (RLM), Billboard has learned exclusively. Keys and her company, AK Worldwide, will oversee her music career in association with RLM founder Coran Capshaw, president Will Botwin and senior artist manager Ron Laffitte.

The 12-time Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter/producer was previously managed by Jeff Robinson through MBK Entertainment.

RLM, with offices in New York, Los Angeles, Nashville, Denver and Charlottesville, Va., was founded by Capshaw in 1991 as he began managing the Dave Matthews Band. The company's artist roster includes Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Phish, Ben Harper, OneRepublic and Damian Marley.

Keys, who recently gave birth to her first child, released her fourth studio album, "The Element of Freedom," in late 2009. The album, which features the No. 1 single "Unthinkable," has sold 1.4 million, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
