In the ongoing promotion for Justin Bieber's 3D biopic,"Never Say Never" (out Feb. 11), new clips are constantly trickling out online. In the latest, Bieber's manager Scooter Braun takes the lead, explaining how Justin's early-tours and live shows helped break the pop singer to a worldwide audience.
In the video (below) Braun explains his strategy for promoting Bieber after being told that there was "no format" for the young singer. He describes his approach as "Hand-to-hand combat" taking Bieber to radio stations across the country. "There's not a DJ who can say they haven't met Justin Bieber," his manager says over clips of the Canadian teen idol making radio stations rounds. Clearly, his grassroots approach paid off as radio began adding Bieber's songs to their rotations. The clip ends with the pop idol playing arena tours to hordes of screaming fans.
