"We had a great Super Bowl and now we're gonna have a great time tonight!"Those were the words will.i.am used to open the 7th annual Peapod Benefit Concert on Feb. 10 at the Music Box Theater in Hollywood. While music execs, celebrities and arm candy of mixed, the Black Eyed Peas held their annual Grammy week charity event to benefit will.i.am's scholarship program, which the artist launched in 2009 to help send students to college. Here's a look at some of the highlights.

From Super Bowl to Grammy Parties: The Black Eyed Peas may have just performed at one of biggest sporting events in the world (the 2011 Super Bowl), but the group didn't miss a beat during its high-energy set opener "Boom Boom Pow." (Photo by Mitch Peters)

Reading on the red carpet: Black Eyed Peas rapper Taboo wasn't going to pass up this red carpet photo-op to promote his new book "Fallin' Up," written by Steve Dennis. While none of the other Black Eyed Peas came through the red carpet, Taboo didn't put down his page-turner for a second. (Photo by Mitch Peters)

Devil Horns: SkyBlue, one half of electro-hop group LMFAO, politely accepts Billboard's request to snap a photo of him and his lovely companion, Chelsea Korka. Blue's musical partner Redfoo was on the other side of the room sporting his usual afro and sparkly white-framed glasses. (Photo by Mitch Peters)

Latin rock collect Ozomatli -- or Oz-o-freakin'-matli, as will.i.am likes to call them -- helped the Black Eyed Peas funk up their set later in the evening. But here, the group is looking quite whacky for the red carpet media hounds. (Photo by Mitch Peters)
