Lady Gaga, Jason Aldean to Perform at 'Grammy Nominations Concert Live'

The Eagles' Don Henley, U.S. Vice President Joe Biden and Senator Bob Corker (R-Tenn.) are among the honorees at The Recording Academy's 10th Annial GRAMMYs on the Hill Awards

The presentation, which honors recipients for their commitment to improving the environement for the U.S.'s community of musicians, will take place in Washington, D.C., on April 13 at the Liaison Capitol Hotel.

Henley will receive the awards' first Recording Artists' Coalition Awards in commemoration of his championing of artists' rights through his Recording Artists' Coalition organization he co-founded in 2000 with Sheryl Crow.

Biden is being honored for his commitment to intellectual property rights and for his support of the music industry during its shift to a digital economy, while Corker was recently a co-sponsor for the Performance Rights Act, which seeks to ensure the necessary compensation for performers when their music is played on the radio.
