We're On The List: Waiting to get into the Billboard Muisc Awards Pre-Party at The Bank inside Las Vegas' Bellagio Hotel (Photo: Tiffany Brown)

Mirroring the hip, sophisticated style that can be Las Vegas, the Bank inside the Bellagio Hotel provided the perfect backdrop for last night's (May 21) pre-bash celebrating the return of the Billboard Music Awards.

The ultra-modern, multi-leveled venue featured crystals hanging from the ceiling as well as female dancers holding court just above the dance floor. And revelers kept that dance floor crowded, aided and abetted by a non-stop flow of techno and club jams from Flo Rida, 50 Cent, the Black Eyed Peas and Taio Cruz.

Hot topics of conversation in between the grooves: is or isn't Britney Spears performing on the show? And growing anticipation over the star-studded tribute to Billboard Millennium Award honoree Beyoncé, including First Lady Michelle Obama, Stevie Wonder, Barbra Streisand, Bono and Lady Gaga.
