NEW YORK - British singer Natalia Kills celebrated the U.S. release of her debut album, "Perfectionist," last night with an intimate performance at Atlas New York in Manhattan, some 50 floors above Bryant Park. The set was part of Gotham Organization's presentation of the 4th Annual Open A.I.R: Artist In Residence Summer Concert Series to benefit The National Breast Cancer Coalition.

With a glimmering Empire State Building towering on her left and Brooklyn at her back, Kills took a small stage following a short introduction by Martin Kierszenbaum, Interscope's head of A&R and the president and founder of Cherrytree Records, which signed Kills in partnership with Will.i.am Music Group in 2008.

With her hair up in a doo-wop style and accompanied only by a keyboardist, she performed songs including the singles "Mirrors" and "Free" while a select group of special guests sipped cocktails courtesy of Macallan scotch and UV Vodka and the sun settled over New Jersey in a fury of orange.
