Ticket marketing has become much more nuanced and targeted with social media, which makes data-driven and fan-to-fan marketing much easier and more intuitive and reduces overall marketing costs. Dreskin also touched on the renewed competition caused by the Live Nation-Ticketmaster merger and the problems associated with ticket pricing and secondary markets.
