Primary Wave Hires Chris Maltese as Management Partner

Primary Wave, the music management, marketing and publishing company founded by Lawrence Mestel which serves as the home of CeeLo Green, has named Chris Maltese as its newest hire. Maltese will join the company as a management partner with a focus on fleshing out the company's rock division.
Maltese, who spent eight years as a senior producer and writer in MTV's radio department, struck out on his own in 2008, founding Maltese Management and picking up clients like Secondhand Serenade and developing hip-hop artist The Natural.
