Jaha Johnson has been named VP of A&R for J/Arista. Johnson will report directly to Clive Davis, chairman and CEO of BMG U.S. and will be based in the company's New York headquarters.

Prior to joining J/Arista, Johnson co-founded Content, a management company representing producers such as Brian Michael Cox (Usher, Mariah Carey, Mary J. Blige).

Previous to Content, Johnson served as VP of A&R for Interscope/Gefffen/A&M where he worked on Mary J.
