Tom Corson has been promoted to executive VP/GM of the entire RCA Music Group. He's upped from executive VP/GM of J/Arista Records, a job he's had for the past three years, and he adds oversight of RCA Records, replacing Richard Sanders, who was announced earlier today as Sony BMG's new head of global marketing. Corson will continue to report to BMG chairman/CEO Clive Davis and be based in New York.
