Allison Jones, a veteran A&R presence on Music Row, has joined Big Machine Records and Valory Music as VP of A&R for both labels. She most recently served in a similar position with Toby Keith's Show Dog Nashville.

The move marks a reunion between Jones and Big Machine/Valory president and CEO Scott Borchetta. The two worked together at DreamWorks Nashville.

"Allison has some of the best ears in our business," said Borchetta in a prepared statement.
