Universal Music Group (UMG) executive Larry Kenswil has left the label to join the law firm of Loeb & Loeb as an attorney specializing in emerging media. Kenswil had a 25-year tenure at UMG, most recently serving as executive VP of business strategy. He previously headed up the company's eLabs digital unit.

At Loeb & Loeb, Kenswil will focus on media and entertainment, and new media and digital channels. He will remain in Los Angeles.
